We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate, Hong Kong Advisory Team.

Principal Responsibilities

Our team focuses on advising Hong Kong clients on various corporate transactions including Merge and Acquisition and strategic equity transactions. As an associate you will be working with the team to participate in the full cycle of transaction from origination to execution.

Participate in deal origination and execution covering a diverse range of work streams, including but not limited to preparing marketing pitches and client presentation materials, performing in-depth financial analyses such as merger models, pro forma calculations and valuation analyses, assisting with transaction documentation, supporting transaction origination and execution by working with the team and internal and external stakeholders

Closely working with the team in developing and strengthening our relationship with Hong Kong clients

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Requirements
· 
Strong technical expertise in corporate finance and financial accounting and analyses, prior investment banking experience preferred

· 
Familiarity with corporate finance transactions such as Merge and Acquisition, equity capital markets transactions, leveraged buyouts, corporate restructuring, refinancing transactions

· 
Experience in developing and reviewing financial models including merger models, DCF analyses, and valuation analyses

· 
Experience in preparing pitching materials, information memoranda, investor presentations, transaction documentation

· 
Detail oriented with a sense of ownership

· 
Strong communication skills
