We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate, Equity Dealer .

Principal responsibilities
· Provide equities execution servicing to the sales trading desk, handling Institutional, Hedge Fund, and Private Bank high touch order flow.
· Continuously evolve with technological advancements, regulatory change, and market microstructure developments.
· Work closely with an existing team of passionate electronic trading market practitioners, empowered to help with the continued growth of the Global Banking and Markets equities electronic trading platform regionally within Asia through the coverage and servicing of a broad spectrum of existing client relationships, and driving continued business expansion through the acquisition of new client opportunities and revenue streams.
· Continuously strive to deliver a comprehensive, efficient, and user friendly customer service to our clients.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Relevant years of experience in Pan Asia equities trading
·  Experience in equities client trading coverage, and skilled in prospecting and building new client relationships.
·  Knowledge and appreciation of regional market microstructure and core regulatory and exchange requirements.
·  Experience with algorithmic trading strategies and the provision of execution consultancy.
·  Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail.
·  Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
·  Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred.
