Assistant Trust Services Manager
Private Banking and Trust Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Trust Services Team as Assistant Trust Services Manager.
Principal responsibilities
· Assist the Trust Services Manager to administer a growing number of accounts by providing quality trust services to clients and maintain existing client portfolio
· Prepare relevant trust documents relating to the daily trust administration
· Perform the daily administration work and ensure compliance with the Group policy and procedure in order to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
· Supervise and manage the performance and development of subordinates within Trust Services Team
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with a recognized professional qualifications an advantage
· Minimum 3 years' experience in trust administration work gained with a major bank trustee or accounting firm
· Attentiveness to details, strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
· Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and leadership skills
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with knowledge of application software
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset with good communication skill
