We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1. To basic check customer's instruction;

2. To arrange cash flow for related ORTT VVIP names;

3. To scan/reroute customer's instruction To GSC for their further processing;

4. To follow up transactional issue if any by communicating with RM and feedback To GSC;

5. To answer internal and external customer enquiry;

6. To do day-end reconciliation.

Desired profile

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Basic banking and product knowledge;

2. Comprehensive knowledge for PC and MS Office;

3. Patient and details driven;

4. Well communication skill, both written and oral.
