We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Officer, Customer Services.

Principal responsibilities

· Handle mailing documents and reprint letters

· Prepare regular reports

· Follow up policy enquiry referred by Contact Centre hotline teams

· Work with Insurance Hong Kong, Complaint Resolution Team and any other related departments on operations to handle customer's enquiries or complaints on timely basis

· Handle enquiry from internal staff and external customers to provide excellent services

· Support tasks that no system support

· Support any ad hoc tasks that assigned by Line Manager

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Diploma or Degree holder, fresh graduate are welcome
·  Relevant experience in Customer Service of Life Insurance industry is preferable

·  Good sense on providing high quality of Customer Service

·  Responsible and attentive to details

·  Good in written English and Chinese

·  Good computer skill in Microsoft Office Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
