Assistant Marketing Manager (Digital)

Based in Chester

The Global Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank. The function focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level.

This role is part of the M&S Bank Marketing Communications and Campaigns team, which ensures that all activity, regardless of channel, is strategically aligned and cohesive. It also sets the direction to ensure that the campaign plans are clearly aligned to business, customer and brand objectives. This team is responsible for the development and implementation of all campaigns.

The role holder is responsible for:

• Supporting the campaign management team to effectively execute digital marketing communications campaigns and activities

• Interacting with agreed agency partners in the development and delivery of M&S Bank campaigns and activities that form part of the annual Marketing plan
• Working with internal stakeholders to activate campaigns through supporting with event deliverables, content and messaging and deploying accordingly

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will have

· 
Campaign management experience – essential

· 
Marketing literate with experience across all digital channels eg email, PPC, digital display, social – essential

· 
Experience working in regulated environment – preferred

· 
Role relevant qualifications ie degree level or equivalent is desirable but not essential
