We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Treasury Service Delivery .


Principal responsibilities

· Work as part of the Treasury Services Delivery team within Global Custody to process cash related instructions and liaise with relevant parties including clients and internal departments in order to ensure that all cash activities are processed in a smooth manner.
· Minimise risk and potential losses to HSBC by ensuring cash instructions are processed in a timely and accurate manner

· Provide a high quality service to all clients and stakeholders with no justifiable complaints and no losses caused through inaccurate work.

· Ability to work as part of a client servicing and instruction processing team, dealing with the cash processing for a number of accounts

· Ability to work efficiently, whilst building an understanding of the business and operational environment in which the candidate is working to better comprehend how the activities which are carried out in the Treasury Services Delivery team link

· Meet strict cut offs for making payments, booking deals and ensuring that systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner.

·  ​Experience of banking, operations, finance desirable
·  Strong communications skills in English, written and verbal
