Every day, customers all over the world are paying bills, buying homes and setting up companies and every day, Global Service Delivery teams are making sure all this happens smoothly.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Service Delivery Mortgage Business .

Principal responsibilities

· ​Handling outsourcing team in our Global Service Centre on the day to day mortgage instructions to law firms or valuers, insurance company, drawdowns, restructuring loans, partial and full redemption.
· Process monthly instalments service via the Central Provident Fund for both Housing Development Board and private property financing.
· Process wealth secured lending product such as investment financing, insurance premium financing and capital contribution
· Use management tools for governance oversight on monitoring and control of the outsourcing team's turnaround time, productivity and quality of work.
· Handle and resolve customer's complaint.
· Review and ensure procedures are updated for regulatory changes and business requirements.
· General administrative and system maintenance work
· Ensure suspense accounts are reconciled daily
· Participate and manage project works.
· Take initiatives and implement process improvement.
· Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, guidelines, audit recommendations and procedures.
· Report any adverse circumstances or process immediately to supervisor.

·  ​Possesses a relevant degree qualification.
·  Relevant working experience.
·  Ability to work independantly with good team work, working attitude, interpersonal skills, strong analytical mind and take initatives.
