Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in the execution of the Retail Business Banking lending strategy for HSBC China, based on the strategic direction from thesenior management of Retail Business Banking

• Contribute to the ongoing design of the target business model for lending products for Retail Business Banking

• Drive profit performance/RORWA/CER delivery of lending products, Work with in country stakeholders to ensure overall AOP for lending products is delivered, intervening as required to ensure targets are met

• Develop a strong understanding of customer borrowing needs by focusing on customer experience and creating strong brand awareness to deliver targeted lending propositions for RBB PRD

• Collaborate closely with HBCN Risk stakeholders to build a robust and sustainable lending business for RBB

• Ensure regulatory compliance and satisfactory operational risk performance, working with group audit and countries/regions as appropriate

• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Around 3-5 years of proven banking experience with sound knowledge of commercial banking/business banking lending products, services and procedures together with exposure in RBWM/retail banking branch operations or customer service delivery

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills which are essential in driving the RBB agenda

• Ability to formulate execution plans / implement strategies, and coordinate / control a variety of assignments simultaneously

• Strong analytical skills to interpret MI reports and draw conclusions from them. Attention to details as well as creativity to assist in developing Retail Business Banking business

• Active team player when liaising with Group/Regional colleagues
