We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Payment Operations .

Principal responsibilities

· Manage activities within Payments Operations to maximise the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the department across onshore and offshore entities.
· Ensures that service level agreements with the businesses and oversea counterparts are consistently met and that customer service levels are of a continuously high standard complying with Groups Standards and Local Regulatory needs.
· Ensure Procedure Management and Quality Assurance of the processes
· Support the businesses, aligned with the bank strategies and objectives of both the Line of Business and Group and Regional teams.
· Provide expertise advice to the Business partners and Products team.
· Managed incident and handle escalated complaints.
· Ensures that HSBC is able to comply with the regulatory conduct of business rules and also to ensure that HSBC is not linked to or associated with any money laundering activities.
· Collaboration with other Risk Management functions such as Risk and Financial Crime Compliance teams within Singapore.
· Support and handle innovations, projects, both within the bank and external within the industry introduced to the Payments landscape.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  ​Degree Holder
·  Experience in Banking Payment Operation will be a added advantage
·  Meticulous and detailed driven
·  Good communication skills
