We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Investment Products .

Principal responsibilities
· Work closely with distribution channels, group insurance product team and local operations to develop competitive and financially robust insurance products
· Provide support in product design and development
· Proactively manage in force investment product business
· Identify product opportunity with customer strategy and work with distribution to determine strategy to penetrate into these segments
· Responsible for product approval by regulators
· Work closely with legal, compliance, marketing to ensure fund management is aligned and professionally executed
· Responsible for corporate actions for fund changes
· Manage the financial risks of the business, consider and balance carefully the Group's risk appetite, the business context, the company's strategic directions, the customers' expectations, and the return to shareholders.
· Work closely with each manufacturing entities to ensure experience of the portfolio is closely monitored

Desired profile

Requirements
·  Bachelor degree in related discipline
·  Experience in investment product is highly desirable
·  Work beyond the boundaries of usual time and effort in meeting these expectations, creatively and innovatively in often addressing uniquely individual challenges in the insurance market
·  Possess strong expertise and is able to learn quickly when new products or requirements arise
·  Be a self motivated, proactive self starter with the ability and attributes to act and perform with minimal direction or instruction
·  Possess strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
·  Have strong business acumen
