We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Investment Product Governance .

Principal responsibilities

·
Manage inforce portfolio management amongst ILAS and other products to ensure all regulatory and contractual obligations are met. Also highlight any potential risks with ILAS or other product portfolio

Develop granular MI for all products, both on shelf and off shelf, and monitor product performance to manage portfolio risk and support business growth

Manage and promptly resolve or remediate any assigned incidents, complaints, or conduct issues.

Ensure that all product related communications are customer centric and easily understood by our customers.

Support in delivery of a variety of projects on existing product enhancement, new and existing regulatory and group guideline project and other adhoc projects assigned by the Head.

Work closely with all key stakeholders from different departments, IBS, IT, FIN, RC, Legal, Distribution, Customer and related team to ensure proper product initiatives delivery across all channels, ie l Banking Wealth Management, Private Banking or Brokers

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, business or related field

· 
Solid years of experience in financial services, particularly insurance or wealth management products

· 
Proven analytical, planning and strategic management experience within a product, marketing and strategy function or equivalent

· 
Proven experience of managing support to diversified team with multiple objectives

· 
Strong leadership skills coupled with a high and demanding benchmark

· 
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills

· 
High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to influence, engage and lead in a positive and inspiring manner

· 
Ability to think strategically in line with HSBC Group's vision

· 
Ability to navigate complexities.

· 
Knowledge of HSBC Group desired
