We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-To drive and implement Bank's insurance sales strategy in RBWM Division.
-To assist Personal Relationship Officer in identifying potential customers, holding joint calls / meetings, conducting financial planning and reviews etc. client-oriented professional to proactively manage a complex portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor to lead strategic dialogues with clients at a portfolio level through the understanding of specific business requirements and delivering creative and flexible customer solutions.
-To schedule regular visits to the sub-branches within Division, and liaise with China Headquarter (CNQ) Wealth Management / Learning and Development Department to deliver regular staff coaching on basic insurance knowledge and selling skills.
-To identify and proactively promote best practice sharing among the division.
-To actively explore market / competitor information, identify opportunities and gaps, and provide feedback to relevant teams.
- Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.

Desired profile

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above with 3 to 4 years' related working experience on life insurance.
-Sales and Service Oriented, strong interpersonal skills, with self-motivated attitude.
-Good understanding of insurance products in both HSBC and other market player.
-Good communication and presentation skills.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin, with other dialect preferred.
-AFP / CFP certificates are preferred.
