Assistant RBWM Insurance Manager, Direct Channels (Digital)

As a well-established insurance entity, we take care of every need of our customers with an optimized service excellence through the Bank's retail and commercial network, with a dedicated team of professionals in place.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department Assistant RBWM Insurance Manager, Direct Channel (Digital).

Principal responsibilities

· Assist to formulate direct channels strategies to optimize online and contact centre business as well as increasing insurance penetration in the bank customer base
· Design and implement product and marketing initiatives from end-to-end, such as budget management, marketing collaterals and sales script development
· Ensure a smooth customer journey of direct channels
· Manage user acceptance test to enable a smooth launch for new products/ platforms
· Develop business tracking and analysis to understand gaps for continuous improvement
· Ensure sales processes on direct distribution platforms are compliant of both regulatory and Bank's quality control standards

Profil recherché

Qualifications :


·  University graduate preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline
·  Minimum 5 years' banking/insurance experience, with at least 2 years in direct to consumer distribution including digital channels
·  Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills with various stakeholders
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese
·  Strong business acumen and project management skills
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
