We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Corporate Service.

Principal responsibilities

​​Achieving the company's retention target of the assigned corporate and member portfolio, by proactive portfolio management and building excellent customer relationship

Managing customer relationship independently and meeting and exceeding the customers expectation

·
Generating business referrals to sales team from servicing activities

·
Providing constructive feedback from customers on products and services to management for continuous improvement

·
Assisting team manager by providing support to the team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
​​University degree holder or equivalent with sound experience

· 
Relevant experience in business development or customer services, particularly in the Mandatory Provident Funds and insurance industry would be a definite advantage

· 
Proficient in Personal Computer skills including Excel, Words and Database skill

· 
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
