We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
· ​To manage a portfolio of institutional cross border account relationships and handle clients' daily enquiries;
· To be the focal point of contact for customer correspondences on all custody and clearing issues (operational and market related);
· To maintain close relationships with local authorities and market participants to influence changes;
· To ensure service quality meets the standards stated in Service Level agreement and market regulations;
· To update customers with relevant market information and changes

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·  ​​Good command in English.
·  Have prior working experience in the custodian bank or securities industry, and be familiar with the QFII, RQFII, CIBM business and and have broad knowledge of settlement process of A/B share and interbank bond markets.
·  Able to work independently without much guideline/precedent.
·  Be competent professionally to bring best practice ideas to the team.
·  Strong capacity to manage client interests and be customer focus. Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
