We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant Manager CDD, Quality Assurance.

Principal Responsibilities:

· To coordinate quality assurance activities on how the “Know Your Customer (KYC)” remediation activities, were conducted by the remediation and middle office teams and how were customer contacts initiated where required through the appropriate front line staff.
· Review the quality in how the Source of Wealth (SoW), Source of Fund (SoF) reviews were carried out and analyses the evidences presented.
· Conduct reviews on transaction activity where judgment is required and conduct commercial reviews on FCCRAM High Risk/PEP/SCC customers to ensure the cost of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) is justified.
· Supporting the incident management processes such as recording, reporting, investigation and escalation.
· Understand, follow up and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of HBMY RBWM business in which the BRCM is involved.
· Supporting projects and initiatives related to improving business risks and control management within the business.
· Preparing and coordinating preparation of Key Risk MI Reports and periodic / ad-hoc returns to Regional / Group Office.
· Ensure business operation is in compliance with GSM, BIM, FIM and regulatory requirements.
· Understand, follow up and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of HBMY RBWM business in which the BRCM-QA is involved.
· Review of Quality Assurance Reviewed files for Existing and New to Bank Customer profiles.
· RAS01 reporting in DCT.
· Understand and adhere to both the letter and the spirit of all laws, regulations and regulatory guidance that apply to my role, promptly reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures.
· Maintain sufficient and effective processes and controls identifying and mitigating risks and ensure timely escalation and resolution of all control issues and reputation risks.
· Ensure adherence to applicable Global, regional and country standards and policies (including GSM, FIMs, and BIMs).
· Close communication with all HBMY and MYH stakeholders to achieve the overall RBWM's business goal.
· Conduct thematic review on high risk areas and ensure remedial actions are follow up follow through accordingly.

Qualifications :

Requirements:
·  Minimum 2 years' experience in banking industry.
·  Good basic knowledge in banking, in particular on customer KYC, Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions.
·  Ability to make important decisions and take decisive actions.
·  Good organisational and coaching skills.
·  Ability to understand urgency and prioritisation when required.
·  Lateral thinking, analytical thinking, ability to put dots together.
·  Quick learner, ability to transfer knowledge, able to work under pressure.
·  Knowledge of compliance process and procedures or similar experience.
