Within HSBC Operations, Services and Technology, Global Service Delivery is a leader in the development of services and processes that are designed around the customer and enable the firm to demonstrate to regulators that its processes and ways of working will deliver consistently high standards of compliance. Every day, customers all over the world are paying bills, buying homes and setting up companies and every day, Global Service Delivery teams are making sure all this happens smoothly.

Role Purpose

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will:

· Prepare and release of accurate and timely reporting to clients
· Prepare Reconciliation related reports to various counter parties;
· Perform accurate and prompt processing of reconciliation/indexing/cheque issurance/mirror entry/account opening tasks;
· Maintain book of accounts and reconcile records for transactions, cash, and position.
· File records of correspondence and processed instructions for audit purposes
· Provide prompt, high quality service to client. These include both reports and service delivery, and response to client enquiry.
· Ensure good day to day co-operation and communication with inter-department as well as inter-divisions within the department
· Perform assigned duties to achieve overall smooth daily operation
· Manage and control market, operational and regulatory risks

·  Strong interpersonal skills;
·  Strong sense while facing data;
·  Familiar with financial instrument/investment related products and terms;
·  Excellent written / oral English skills
·  Excellent team worker
·  Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
·  High integrity and professionalism
·  Sound PC skills including MS applications
