Assistant Investment Services Manager

Investment Services - Product Management and Fund Wholesale Business

Investment Product and Advisory Business under Investment Services Division offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to both private and corporate investors. Our customers can invest in over 400 investment funds managed by reputable international fund houses. The funds cover different asset classes, including global equities, bonds, money markets and foreign exchange markets. We also provide asset management services for retirement schemes, institutional investors and charitable organizations. We provide various structured products for investors as an alternative investment choice for enhancing their potential returns, while our currency-linked deposits and forex margin trading are able to provide investors with opportunities to capitalize on the FX market. Besides, we also offer bond investments to selected personal customer segments who look for income generation.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Investment Services Manager in our Product Management and Fund Wholesale Business Department.

Principal responsibilities

· Assist to perform on-boarding and ongoing activities review of Hang Seng Investment Management Limited (HSVM) fund distributors and fund direct clients in full compliance of regulatory and Group compliance requirements.
· Prepare client reporting, materials for Investment Performance Review, suitability assessment for institutional clients
· Assist Investement Service Manager to implement Group and regulatory projects in relation to HSVM funds and HSVM fund clients
· Formulate and implement business initiatives to achieve better customer experience
· Provide administrative support towards HSVM client's information change

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
·  Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
·  Minimum 2 years of banking/asset management experience with knowledge of financial crime compliance and investment products
·  Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
·  Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
·  Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
