Principal responsibilities

Assist line manager in coaching the teammates to conduct / carry out various corporate credit operations / functions such as facility letter preparation, prudent checking on the signed/executed loan agreements / facility letters, security documents, fulfillment of conditions precedent as well as checking of loan drawdown documents in accordance to bank lending policies, guidelines, procedure manuals and the terms and conditions stipulated in the credit proposals

Assist line manager to monitor service provider's performance for outsourced processes and help line manager to perform necessary quality assurance activities to ensure quality and efficiency of GSC services and mitigate any potential operational risk.

Preparation of periodic and ad hoc regulatory returns and reports and group reports timely and accurately

Safe keeping and proper custody of documentations, vouchers and controlling of loan filing system of corporate credit operations and conduct regular on site stocktaking of loan documents kept in branches

Contribute and implement ideas to "Sustainable/One-Time Cost Savings"

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Staff of Band 7 and above

2-5 years'related experience

University Graduate in Business,Finance, or Accounting

Good knowledge of credit operations

Fluency in both written English and Chinese
