Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager
Financial Control Division – Business Performance and Management Information
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager.
Principal responsibilities
·
Perform annual operating plan (AOP), regular financial forecast, cost management control and highlight key issues for management review.
· Provide regular budget monitoring and variance analysis. Advise management on key trends and issues.
· Support Group investment case review & analysis and financial planning duty.
· Maintain up-to-date management information and implement relevant control measures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
· Review budgeting system and streamline working processes so as to identify areas for improvement.
· Performance ad hoc analysis for management decision.
· Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· University degree in Accounting or a related discipline, with a recognized professional accounting qualification.
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or banking
· Strong self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Good communication, interpersonal and strong analytical skills.
· Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
· Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
