Assistant Deposits and Banking Services Manager

Deposits & Banking Services - Customer Value Management

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Deposits and Banking Services Manager .

Principal responsibilities:

· Identify business opportunities and product gaps so as to achieve competitive edge for deposits, FX and retail payments
· Assist in the implementation of product launches and tactical plans to meet customers' changing needs and to deliver the bank's growth agenda
· Engage the relevant stakeholders, including Sales & Distribution and digital channels to establish rapport and ensure efficient execution on business activities
· Implement change and fine-tune processes to shorten processing time and improve customer journey
· Work with Marketing in the planning, development and implementation of creative and cost-effective marketing campaigns to drive the Bank's deposits growth, enhance deposit products, FX and banking services, and create incremental revenue to the business
· Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines / qualifications
·  Relevant experience in deposits, FX product management, payroll proposition, retail payment customer journey development within Retail Banking
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
·  Strong project management; proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
·  Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
·  Numerate individual, with excellent interpersonal skills
·  Sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel, PowerPoint
·  Proficiency in both English and Chinese
