Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:


1) Oversee and drive various internal policies across all acquisition channels in line with local, regional and group standards

2) Work independently and cross-functionally with various teams such as regulatory compliance, legal, mobile sales, risk stakeholders in the management chain both upwards and downwards

3) Continually explore and develop new areas to improve on from both a policy implementation and BAU perspective

4) Strong qualitative and quantitative background to be able to evaluate effectiveness of new and existing policies by working closely with the implementation team

5) Assist with overall policy development when needed, and demonstrate ground knowledge in providing constructive feedback to policy makers as a subject matter expert

6) Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-University degree or above (recognized by the state)

- min. 3-5 years related experience in either risk management, fraud management, policy, compliance, ops performance areas

- Strong analytical and soft skills in order to make sense of qualitative and quantative data in order to evaluate policy effectiveness

- Ability to work both in a group or individual setting, with excellent communication, coordination, leading to drive and project management skills

- Familiarity with credit card products/internal operational proceses/policy highly preferred

- Fluent in both written spoken English & Mandarin
