Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-Closely working with RBWM Sales,Branch, Risk, Marketing , IT and other teams for the multichannel end-to-end acquisition model and implementation

- Closely working with Marketing on customer communication for ongoing acquisition campaigns

- tracking Key Performance Index closely by channels and design campaigns to achieve business goals

- assist to manage budget to ensure clearly tracked for reporting and internal control

-Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Desired profile

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:


- University degree or above (recognized by the state)

- 3-5 years unsecure lending experience with solid track record in Credit card product, acquisition, portfolio or channel management.

- Familiar with industry and market trend, familiar with credit card products development and management

- Excellent communication, detailed and good at coordination, initiative driven, and project management

- Fluent English and Mandarin skills
