Job description

Must have
3 - 6 years of extensive production support experience in working in 24x7 shift teams for Web Based application support with banking domain.
Hands on experience - Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management. Attend/drive crisis calls.
Excellent Analytical, problem solving skills with sound verbal and written communication to interact with global teams.
Java / J2EE, spring, DOJO, HTML, JavaScript, UNIX / Linux
Monitoring Tool experience like App Dynamics, Splunk, Wily, BMC Patrol, BSM, Plexus tool experience, Control M
Experience in ticketing Tool like GSD / Service Now.
Experience trouble shooting WAS / Tomcat related issues. Driving crisis calls to achieve speedy recovery.
Hands on Automation & Knowledge Management
ITIL Foundation Certification.
