IT Infrastructure Delivery (ITID) encompasses approximately 6,000 colleagues spread across 45+ locations. ITID is part of the Technology organisation whose ambition is to be the world's leading financial services technology team and are on a journey to transform accordingly.

With this level of transformation, we also need to be cognizant of the impact of all these changes on HOST and HSBC, ensuring that the right level of governance, controls and reporting is in place and managed appropriately.


What you will be doing;

·
Leading Agile engineering teams using DevOps practices such as test automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment .

·
Creating analysis of customer journeys and product functionality. Helping to define and track metrics and Performance Indicators for the product.

·
Guiding the Agile Team performance and outcome metrics as required.

·
Assuring delivery through the entire life-cycle of the project of user requirements through to live.

·
Providing expertise in DevOps pipeline tools like Jenkins and Ansible.

·
Working within medium sized and medium complexity technology projects - these may span across multiple business units and/or geographies.

Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role;

To be successful in this role you should have proven experience within the Technology sector with knowledge of the following skills:

· 
Practitioner level certification required. Posses an expertise in Agile engineering practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) as well as Disciplined Agile and SAFE framework experience.

· 
Expertise in process and a low level understanding of multiple areas, such as: disciplined Agile software delivery, production support processes, continuous DevOps pipelines.

· 
Understanding risk exposure to the bank and the experience of assisting senior colleagues manage it.

· 
Experience of contributing to the development of the BA elements of the IT Portfolio and Programme Management practice. Encouraging adoption of the practice across the BA community.

· 
Experience of driving measurable continuous improvement into all delivery environments across all disciplines.

The roles will primarily be Sheffield .
