We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Administrative Assistant.

Principal responsibilities
· Provide full administrative support to Head of Customer Due Diligence and Onboarding Team
· Administer staff onboarding and departure Maintain system access for the team
· Organise team schedules
· Manage document delivery and courier services
· Ad hoc projects and tasks

Desired profile

Requirements
·  Excellent planning and organisational skills with experience of working under pressure
·  Proficiency with personal computers and software packages such as Microsoft
·  Ability to work independently
