Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Technical Consultant(Graduate Program) to work in Alpharetta, GA. This position is responsible for delivering remote storage customer support in a manner that establishes HP as the premier networked storage support provider. Also, provides support for storage and SAN products in complex configurations and is responsible for call logging, entitling, documenting, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and using elevation and escalation processes when appropriate.

Job Summary:

·  Productivity - Be available to take in-bound calls and electronic events and use offline time effectively.
·  Technical Competency - Continually develop knowledge & experience on Storage/SAN products.
·  Teamwork and Quality - Contribute to a positive work environment, share knowledge, identify process issues, embrace change, and complete accurate and timely administrative duties.

Education and Requirements:

·  Bachelors degree in related field
·  Strong PC Hardware knowledge - Hard drives, Controllers, SCSI, Fibre
·  Microsoft Operating Systems knowledge - NT, Win2k, Win2k3
·  Strong Verbal and Written communication skills in the English language
·  Troubleshooting/Problem solving skillsDesired but not mandatory:
·  Knowledge of HP StorageWorks Library and Tape Tools
·  Server/Networking knowledge
·  Additional Operating System knowledge - HPUX, Linux, Tru64, MPE, Netware
·  Previous Customer Service and Support experience
·  Knowledge of Data Storage, Storage devices (Hard Drives) and Raid Levels
