Responsible for performing general and specific administrative support tasks at Taipei office. Responsibilities include assisting supervisory and nonsupervisory employees with various administrative support tasks. Coordinates work within the supporting teams and with other departments, both internal and possibly external to the company.
Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment.
Team event support and coordination. Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks.
Coordinates work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company. May assist in work for one or more professional employees other than the direct supervisor.
Education and Experience Required:
University level education or equivalent. To adequately perform the duties of the job individuals must possess a minimum of 6 months to 1- year (or equivalent) administrative experience.
Type of Experience Needed:
Basic knowledge of the administrative methods, with some basic exposure to this function is highly preferred; and an acumen to learn the required administrative skills of the job in this function. Specific level of software skills as required by the work unit.
