The Sales Operations Pricing Team is the frontline engagement between the Field teams (Sales & Management) and the Sales Operations Pricing organization. This Senior position will act as a point of escalation for the EMEA Pricing Team, and also Field Sales Management. Are you ready for your next opportunity and to grow with us?

Sounds like you? Then we have the right opportunity - we are looking for a Sales Operations Pricing Analyst within HPE Aruba to join us! In this amazing role, you can focus on pricing analysis on high-touch, strategic deals, along with very high level of interaction with the Sales and Pricing organisations. The analyst will need to become familiar and fluent in all internal sales tools, processes and practices in order to provide exemplary sales support and pricing related guidance. This position will also require that the analyst engages heavily with the extended pricing team, offering guidance and working to ensure the individual team member develop and progress their pricing analytics.

The Analyst will form part of the EMEA Sales Operations Team and will report to Operations Management.

How you’ll make your mark:

· 
You will review and analyze pricing requests within EMEA, provide guidance and negotiate with the sales team to reach final pricing agreement,

· 
You will collaborate with extended teams to accurately assess and price cross-portfolio deals,

· 
You will escalate deals to Snr Management as necessary, providing high level summary and pertinent decision making information,

· 
You will become efficient with all sales related systems, tools and processes to a level that allows provision of a highly competent service to the sales team,

· 
You will identify potential issues and problems with tools or process and escalate them for resolution to prevent interruption to the work of the sales team,

· 
You will engage with peers or the regional sales operations analyst to ensure the most expedient and efficient resolution of issues,

· 
You will occasionaly entry of quotes into the system may be required, plus ad-hoc administration of quoting backlog,

· 
You will provide reports/analysis on pricing requests and other required data sets,

· 
In addition to the above, you will be required to engage in other Operational aspects of the extended role including, but not limited to: Ad-hoc Reporting/Analytics, SFDC data integration and maintenance, support to field sales teams on various issues, POS report processing etc.

About you:

· 
You have 3-4 years of experience directly in a pricing environment is essential, preferably in a large competitive MNC,

· 
You have a strong numerical mindset is key, with an ability to quickly identify risk factors,

· 
You have track record of leadership, escalation resolution and a keen sense of business awareness,

· 
You have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,

· 
You will be analytically minded; a decisive problem solver; focused, organized & driven; self-starter; have strong communication skills; passion & pride in their work; flexibility to adjust to requirements and ability operate in a dynamic and fast changing environment
