The Hewlett Packard Enterprises Server Options business continues to grow quickly and deliver a high degree of profitability.  We are looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our high visible and critical Server Options Enable Tools.  This role will report to the Manager, Worldwide Product Management, Server Options.  This position will also own key business management and strategy for the category.

This role will work closely with various value-chain that provides data into the tools.  Key interaction and alignment with management teams, as well as the regional business units, will be critical in order to insure we are defining and delivering the right feature set within the tool that help grow and position our products in the market.  This person will work with internal and external teams to identify and support our business objectives.

·  Deliver a cohesive, intuitive and polished experience
·  Set-up, facilitate and lead discussion for various weekly team meetings
·  Maintain and communicate reports for programs status, quality control and tool usage
·  Manage annual tool budget and resource priorities
·  Drive communication between various HPE Enterprise Group product teams to get data
·  Perform data entry to update/maintain multiple database and sharepoint site
·  Provide direction/instruction to software developers regarding update priorities
·  Assist engineering with troubleshooting tool related issues
·  Help grow the tool and push tool to new areas of HPE by working with team leads and HPE employees within the group
·  Enhance Graphical User Interface and working with HPEIT on migration and hosting online versions of both applications.
·  Training and Webinars (live & recorded) for HPE Employees and Channel Partners – this includes attending on site events and speaking to partners and employees about Power Advisor.
·  Program Manage the HPE Servers Options Compatibility Tool and HPE Data Center Infrastructure Advisor
·  Additional Training and Webinars (live & recorded) for HPE Employees and Channel Partners – this includes attending on site events and speaking to partners and employees on the Options Compatibility Tool and assist on the HPE Data Center Infrastructure Advisor
·  Graphic and media designs (following HPE Branding) for Rack and Power Infrastructure products
·  Cloud Server and SQL Database Administrative tasks. This includes granting access to the development team, setting up cloud servers for development, integration and production deployment and provisioning SQL Databases. Configuring Global and Local Load Balancers for Rack and Power Infrastructure Architecture, Power Advisor and Data Center Infrastructure Advisor
·  Working with Marketing team for these tools and provide proof of work to stakeholders/sponsors

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study with a minimum of 3 years’ experience or equivalent.  Master's degree is preferred.  

Knowledge and Skills Required:

·  Knowledgeable of enable tools and/or accessories products/solutions and customer requirements for the products
·  Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools and customer insights
·  Recognized subject matter expert and thought leader in industry/segments/workstreams and HP server offerings/strategies
·  Strong partner focus, including experience with partner marketing
·  Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills
·  Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to engage and influence virtual teams
·  Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines
