WHAT YOU’LL DO

·  Provide end-to-end support of the CTP pre-sales process with cloud technical solution services including custom proposal and SOW creation
·  Lead the development, maintenance and organization of standardized sales proposals and SOWs for use in the field
·  Coordinate CTP resources to develop professional responses to formal RFPs from Fortune 100 companies
·  Solve cutting-edge problems for our clients, providing the Sales team with technical and business solution support
·  Successfully drive SOWs through legal and financial approval processes
·  Monitor project activities and support creation of Change Orders and/or follow-on SOWs for active engagements
·  Collaborate with the Director of Digital Innovation Product Management to continually evolve CTP’s offerings, understand market need, and introduce new offerings
·  Act as a liaison and provide feedback to the CTP delivery organization, product management and staffing group from the technical pre-sales team
·  Lead the development of tools, process documents and sales support materials as a member of the Technical Cloud Solutions (TCS) group
·  Work with the Staffing group to identify appropriate resources for defined project roles and ensure a smooth hand-off of closed deals to the Delivery team
·  Become an expert in cloud best-practices, emerging cloud technologies and enterprise IT sales
·  Travel to client locations for sales meetings and kick-off meetings (up to 20%)

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

·  Created enterprise level proposals, SOWs, process and/or reporting documents in support of a sales organization
·  Developed or acted as a sounding board for sales strategy and approach planning  
·  Provided hands-on technical contribution or project leadership for enterprise software, infrastructure or IT strategy projects
·  Through pre-sales activities or hands-on software development, gained cloud experience across multiple domain areas
·  Interacted with clients to gather technical information necessary to define the appropriate engagement approach to meet client needs

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS

·  Familiarity with the processes and materials that drive a successful sales organization
·  Experience with product and materials management tools (Confluence, JIRA, Sharepoint, etc.)
·  Strong documentation abilities and familiarity with Office 365
·  Superior verbal and written communications skills as well as presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to whiteboard technology solutions  
·  AWS, Azure, or Google certification, or the ability and desire to achieve certification within 90 days of hire, in any of the following - Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.
·  A passion for learning new technologies
·  Strong business acumen with excellent reasoning and problem solving skills
·  Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a complex and highly consultative sales process
·  Highly self-motivated and results-oriented approach with a flexible, 'whatever it takes' attitude
·  Ability to thrive in ambiguous/pressure situations. Ability to collaborate and work well within a team
·  Sense of humor!
