The Parts Lifecycle Management Analyst within HPE Pointnext Technology Services Supply Chain Engineering & Quality organisation is responsible for the overall Master Data Integrity of the spare parts in the systems for all three regions.
 

How you'll make your mark:

· 
Perform New parts/product introduction, sustaining and End of Life of each part across all towers/regions.

· 
Support queries to Product Life Cycle Managers (PLMs) and other stakeholders for daily operation master data maintenance.

· 
Execute master data requests through sharepoint to support team stakeholder’s needs and ensure master data integrity as per the defined rules;

· 
Handle various Customer and Vendor master details across all towers/regions and maintain various Customer and Vendor queries.

· 
Proactive Monitoring and resolving issues related to master data.

· 
Achieve and maintain master data integrity within the agreed service level.

· 
Meet Master Data KPIs.

· 
Proactive Monitoring and resolving issues related to master data.

· 
Participate in cross team/ organizational process improvement initiatives and projects

About you:

· 
1-2 years of experience in supply chain organization

· 
Typically 1-2 years of experience with Master Data type of activities

· 
Excellent English language skills – both written and spoken

· 
Good computer skills MS office applications (Excel)

· 
Supply chain knowledge is considered an advantage

· 
Experience with SAP , sharepoint and excel is considered an advantage

· 
Good affinity for numbers and data management

· 
Strong attention to details
