Job Description:

   

HPE NGIT is looking for a Communications Specialist with exceptional writing and editing skills. Works well under pressure and meeting deadlines.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Innovative, organized and self-motivated with a keen interest in driving messages to key stakeholders.

How You'll Make Your Mark:

·  Manages communications to workstream’s super users
·  Leverages a document repository for historical communications
·  Edits NGIT SharePoint presence for project team
·  Coordinate efforts with other communicators
·  Integrates communications activities into project plan
·  Manages stakeholders
·  Measures success metrics and monitors progress

About You:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field (preferred).
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·  Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
·  Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
·  Content writing experience for media platforms.
·  Proven social media and networking expertise.
·  Meticulous attention to detail.
·  Research and write content for the website, infographics, blogs and newsletters.
·  Adhere to HPE’s style guide, ensuring to produce high-quality and error-free copy.
·  Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the NGIT’s strategy and in support of various initiatives.
·  Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.
