In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on integral tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner in line with our business values, and developing our own knowledge to support business growth.

How you will mark:

·  Processing and responsibility for correct and timely payroll calculation in accordance to legal requirements and all labor law requirements and company agreements
·  Active support of employees, their managers and clients in areas of Payroll service (CRC, email) in regards to income tax, social security and all others inquires that belong to Payroll operations aspects
·  Preparing ad hoc reports related to payroll process, analyzing them and giving appropriate expertise
·  Processing payroll transactions in accordance to the procedures and legal law requirements in the countries, that the service is providing for with the highest time and quality standards agreed with client
·  Resolving complex queries from the client and support in resolving escalations
·  Immediate preparing and updating SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in case of any process change confirmed by local office
·  Effective resolution of any administrative issues or other current issues in timely matter in accordance to procedures and company politics
·  Active support in issues resolution reported by client
·  Active participation in achieving quality goals (KPI metrics) and process improvements
·  Active participation in executing of process improvements and around process tasks (i.e. Knowledge Management, internal files, Share points, procedures etc.)
·  Maintaining data correctness in payroll files and systems (i.e. GV, EeTime)
·  Under no circumstances disclose trade secrets, defined by specific contracts and regulations (files, systems, documents, programs)
·  Maintaining very good relations with client, local payroll team and employees; promote behavior supporting the maintenance of good relations with customers and employees
·  Active participation in working out of internal processes and procedures
·  Close cooperation with local payroll office (on clients site) and other third parties and stakeholders
·  Cooperate fully during internal and external audits
·  Escalating any inconsistency and incompliancy to the direct supervisor.

About you:

• You have a university degree with a focus in business or economics or equivalent experience.

• You speak Italian and English language.

• You have an understanding of accounting processes and good problem solving skills.

• You have excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

• You are a strong communicator both written and verbally.

• You are a team player and love to learn and grow your knowledge and skills.
