We are looking for young talents to join our Sales Graduate Program based in our new Barcelona Inside Sales Hub.

The HPE Sales Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to live and work in an international environment with young colleagues from various different European countries. During the two-year program you will get exceptional training in sales and IT and you will learn from various different business areas in a multinational corporation. The Graduate Program aims to form junior sales profiles that will become the future performers of HPE’s organization worldwide.

During the first months of the program, you will receive a complete training in selling skills, Information Technology world & market trends, and HPE’s portfolio & strategy.

Once the onboarding is over, you will be assigned to a specific quota and sales territory in the Italian Market with the responsibility of building relationships with your account set. You will perform complex B2B sales with C-level customers directly from Barcelona and with the possibility to travel for important meetings and customer events. You will of course receive help from the other Sales Team and the Top Management of HPE. The purpose is also to work very closely with external partners, whom we do business with.

All in all, in the two years of the HPE Sales Graduate Program you will grow into a true sales professional with valuable relationships and international working experience. If you have what it takes we would love to take you on board and offer you a kick start for your career!

Responsibilities:

·  Manage a list of customer farming and hunting in a specific territory or segment selling IT solutions (consultative selling skills, cold calling and personal charisma is required!)
·  Being responsible for pipeline, forecast and lead management
·  Build strong professional relationships with a highly diverse set of functions and buyers at all levels, including highest levels of key IT and business executives.
·  Identify emerging market trends and opportunities
·  Lead new market penetration campaigns and execute campaign follow-up.
·  Last but not at least… achieve your sales target!

Requirements:

·  Masters Degree (Laurea Specialistica) or equivalent in any field (IT / Sales / Engineering is a plus )
·  0 - 3 years work experience
·  Good communication and negotiation skills
·  Basic understanding of HPE portfolio & IT Industry
