The mission of GQI (Global Quality and Improvement) organization is to enable and assist HPE Enterprise Services to move to standardization by driving simplicity and maturity, and consistently delivering superior quality solutions and services in support of the ES Priorities. The purpose of GQI is to ensure governance, control and measurement of the ES integrated management system by driving process excellence, global standardization, and simplification through continuous improvement to achieve best-in-class services.

The main purpose of ACE is to deliver consistent and effective independent auditing throughout ES by defining and delivering against one set of auditing methodology and against internal ES standard processes within the business. Reducing audit duplication, increasing cost effectiveness of audit activities.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

Overall purpose is planning, execution and follow up of internal audits aligned to the Global Operational Audit and Assessment process

Control and Risk management advisory service to clients and internal groups within the scope of HPE

Auditing enterprise processes to predefined criteria

Assist in reviews conducted by HPE clients, their external auditors/representatives and other external bodies.

Vetting all HPE external responses to control/risk management/maturity deficiencies / positions.

Tracking and Management reporting on control/risk management/maturity issues raised by ACE, clients, external parties and by the HPE

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

Plan, conduct and oversee audit/compliance/risk management/maturity activities.

Execute internal audits aligned to Global Operational Audit and Assessment process

To act as a consultant to HPE internal and external clients on matters of internal control, maturity and risk management.

Assist in externally run reviews conducted by clients, external auditors, regulatory bodies and other organisations as required.

Maintain currency on models, laws regulatory requirements, methodologies and standards appropriate for HPE and our clients.

Develop/manage ongoing reporting requirements for the auditing of HPE.

Desired profile


Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
An understanding of security/compliance/risk management methodologies, International standards and models (ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27000)
Excellent command of Italian, both written and spoken
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Typically 2-4 years of experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate quality audit reports and results and negotiate options
