Intern Presales Support Solution Architect

  

Job Description:

   

·  Develops and organizes technical support solution information in clear, interesting, and well-written proposals (e.g., articulates customer value, avoids ambiguity, ensures viability and accuracy of technical components)
·  Ensures that solution descriptions are accurately reflected in all documentation related to the deal (e.g., customer communications, proposals or RFI responses, financial plans, commercial plans, partner agreements/contracts, plan-of-record (PoR), service-level-agreements (SLAs), statements of work (SOWs))
·  Documents solutions and builds case collateral to advance repeatable solutions and engagement best practices within and across regions and geographies
·  Works with sales and business stakeholders to ensure that internal business requirements are met (e.g., margin)
·  Researches similar solutions and relevant industry applications, and collaborates with presales, to leverage design ideas, assess alternatives, identify potential risks and challenges, and to optimize solution fit to customer needs and requirements

Education and Skills Required:

·  Student of last year of technical career (e.g. computer science, information technology, computer or electrical engineering, etc.)
·  Excel, Word and Power Point advanced knowledge.
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English
·  Ability to write and communicate clear and concise technical information and project status.
·  Portuguese is a must.
