This is a Sales role embedded in the “Guadalajara Inside Sales Hub” focused on Volume/Value accounts in the Enterprise space. This ISAM role has independent account ownership. This role is responsible for managing the daily activities within a specific account set within a geography or vertical. This includes engaging with customers & channel partners on a daily basis to maintain an active pipeline in pursuit of revenue growth pan HPE.

Role:

The HPE ISAM’s key role is to generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing HPE information; developing accounts; and partnering with HPE’s key channel resellers.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Generate Revenue in primary account set
·  Manage SFDC as the primary account owner
·  Maintain customer and channel relationships
·  Provide quote and order delivery in a timely manner
·  Develop current customers and acquire new customers
·  Provide regular forecast on commit deals

Key Value Add

·  Provide frontline customer relationship for ISR-owned accounts and segment
·  Building and maintaining relationships with focus channel partners to drive revenue

Knowledge and Skills Required

·  Knowledge of Customer ecosystem & account set
·  Understanding order management
·  HPE Portfolio
·  Ownership of Quoting Process
·  Requires excellent organizational and time management skills, professionalism, influencing, negotiation, Customer experience, Communications, Attention to detail
·  Proactive, and shows initiative and leadership
·  Systems and tools knowledge: SFDC, SANDY, NGQ, etc.
·  Working with a positive and professional attitude with all team members
·  Create and Manage Account Plans
·  Own end to end customer relationship
·  BA/BS Degree required (preferably IT / Sales )
·  Proven history of hitting targets
·  English proficiency
