We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Inside Sales Team. As an HPE Inside Sales Account Manager you will be working alongside your account team unit and partner community to develop your enterprise account territory by providing broader and deeper account coverage and well as leading on volume and run rate business.

In a typical day as an Inside Sales Account Manager, you would:

· 
Be responsible for maintaining customer engagement over the phone including understanding and interpreting technical requirements, conveying HPE solutions and proving timely and accurate quotations.

·  Achieve quota targets for assigned territory
·  Build and nurture customer and channel relationships
·  Collaborate with assigned account team unit develop and execute account plans through the management and coordination of sales activities.
·  Drive new HPE revenue from a list of targeted customers.
·  Manage and maintain leads provided and follow-up where required.
·  Use expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline
·  Build and monitor Sales pipeline to ensure continuous population and movement of near- and long-term opportunities.
·  Provide quote and pricing support on volume and run rate opportunities to partners/customers in a timely manner.

If you possess...

·  Strong business acumen.
·  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
·  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
·  Ability to display professionalism, naturally proactive & demonstrate clear sense of ownership with distinct attention to detail.
·  Knowledge of sales process including identifying requirements, quoting, handling objections and negotiating.
·  3 to 5 years of previous experience in telesales or inside sales
·  Demonstrated achievement of quota.
·  Working with a positive attitude with all team members.
·  Ability to build relationships with customers and working with Channel Partners.
·  Consistently demonstrates proactive activities within accounts to uncover new business and take ownership for new opportunities.
·  Broadly understands products and solution offerings as well as competitor's offerings.
·  Endeavors to understand the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated, and integrates this knowledge into consultative phone selling.
·  Territory planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills.
