The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs. 

HR Generalist provides a full range of HR support and program implementation activities across multiple businesses and functions. Delivers programs and policies developed globally that are specialized for French requirements. Acts as a consultant and partner in driving and implementing organizational design, transformation, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, and employee relations strategies and policies. Ensures HR programs are implemented based on business-specific priorities and legal requirements at the country level. Collaborates across the HR organization to deliver an integrated portfolio of services to all employees. Systematically deploys policies and structures established by HR functions while delivering differentiated solutions based on unique business needs, local market pressures, and the competitive landscape. Supports talent acquisition efforts of staffing and recruiting, and partners with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcing (MADO) to ensure new employee integration success. Consults with managers and other stakeholders on employee relations issues. Interfaces with managers, employees, government agencies, and other external representatives in consultation and negotiations as necessary.

Responsibilities:

·  Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.
·  Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.
·  Acts as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
·  Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
·  May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues
·  May support complex business groups in terms of size, workforce complexity, or may lead the HR program creation and delivery for less complex business groups
·  Contributes and leads French priority projects

Requirements:

·  Master’s degree in HR or equivalent
·  Significant experience in the HR area in a multi-national company
·  Typically 3 to 5 years related experience in human resources functional area, HR Generalist, or HR Consulting role.
·  Fluent in French and English language
·  Strong knowledge of all human resources areas
·  Strong project management skills
·  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
·  Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an international and culturally diverse organization
·  Ability to collaborate and cooperate with members of the team and members of other teams
·  MS Office – Word, Excel (excellent level), SharePoint
