As a Software Engineer Intern you be fully engaged in the development of software services and products. Your role will be to partner withexperienced software developers on a project that will be utilized by our full organization. You will learn the latest technologies around software development, continuous integration and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

·  Develop, test and release software in a continuous delivery environment
·  Work on a development team applying Agile Scrum development processes
·  Actively participates in developing & improving existing development technologies
·  Basic working understanding of relevant technologies within domain area

Education and Experience

·  Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
·  Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams utilizing people skills
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
·  Ability to design, develop and improve software tools, processes and components to reduce overhead and improve quality of partner deliverables
·  Strong desire to learn and succeed

Desired:

·  Agile development environment knowledge and/or experience
·  Software product development and maintenance experience
·  Web development knowledge and/or experience
·  Leadership experience
·  Able to perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment
