HPE OEM Solutions Analyst

Summary of Activities:

Work within the WW OEM organization. Responsibilities include 

1)      Managing portal and sharepoint navigation, updates, content and user interfaces. 

2)      Develop content for customer participation and engagement around OEM value proposition

3)      Manage and publish OEM Metrics Fact Pack around overall OEM operational performance

4)      Support OEM Customer Insights and intelligence and incorporating into OEM KPIs

5)      Generating content and defining the process for OEM Communications and Evangelism for the OEM business throughout the organization.

6)      Internal and external engagement with customers, partners and other HPE individuals on tools and sales enablement. 

This role will partner across sales operations, business units, marketing, and other teams to effectively manage and organize internal engagement content to increase sales, productivity and performance to achieve organizational revenue goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize relevant customer engagement and sales enablement materials (including tools, processes and related collateral) to produce awareness and readiness of WW Sales teams for expanding HPE OEM sales.

- Familiarization and understanding of all internal and external portals (Web, SharePoint, other) used for customer engagement and solution development. Organizing of content areas includes: Sales tools, case studies, BU and regional linkages, HPE regulatory requirements, webinars, training videos, and other customer/sales facing tools.

-Be the point of contact for consolidation and generation of OEM Metrics Fact Pack – generation of content for reporting quarterly data on OEM Solutions deliverables ROI and investment areas

- Assist in developing and communicating OEM marketing materials to internal and external stakeholders. Identify relevant organizations to partner with and help define and manage OEM content / delivery behavior to maximize HP OEM exposure while minimizing cost.

-Fully manage all Social Media content for OEM Solutions Organization. This includes generating all blog and linkedin content materials, posting and gathering metrics information while managing thru roadmaps and related tools,  all past, current and future development.

-Engage and work closely with our HPE Corporate organizationsteams to ensure OEM Solutions content is integrated in HPE overall value proposition. Understand how and where best to penetrate other established / new value outlets to best position OEM Solutions content for greatest return on investment. 

- Work with Sales and BU organizations to identify content both related to HPE OEM, industry trends, and HPE corporate direction and themes and include them in HPE OEM Solutions value proposition model

-Manage HPE OEM Solutions Press Release process, working closely with geography leaders on identifying and generating storyline, circulating for all approvals (legal, Executive, BU, customer) for content, and publishing with HPE Corporate for maximum OEM Solutions value.

- Ensure consistency of relevant OEM content to clearly show value proposition for OEM business across sales / support / product organizations.

  

- Partner with cross-functional teams / BU’s, / Regions to garner input and support so all areas are well represented and linkages are relevant.

Preferred Qualifications:

-minimum 2 years experience in blog writing, communications and written collateral content

- excellent familiarity with Communication platforms, especially writing blogs and Linkedin platform.

- Ability to work on issues where analysis of data requires evaluation of variable factors

- Team-member experience & effectiveness

- Resourceful at managing information and able to succeed in a rapidly changing environment

- Solid process, project management, and implementation skills

- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to collaborate across functions, geographies and levels to build and deliver business solutions.

- Exceptional presentation skills

- Experience in managing multiple activities and projects simultaneously and demonstrates compliance to quality levels and timeframe

- Ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience in Business, Logistics, Communications, or related field

- Experience in a technology company

- Experience in project management

-Web experience and portal / sharepoint management
