Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates and validates customer and deal information in systems produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities.

Responsibilities:

·  Supports sales processing activities for assigned areas and processes
·  Offer complex financial assistance for a region/country, owning a high level of business understanding in order to determine the most suitable way for meeting his/her objectives
·  Learns requirements and develops capability in all areas of sales processing
·  Collects, consolidates, and charts data from sales and process results for assigned portions of operations areas to identify trends and issues
·  learns and practices basic analysis
·  CATIS WBS structure creation for Pre-Sales or Ongoing phase
·  Purchase order validation, order creation and maintenance
·  Order recognition and Detailed Order reporting
·  Responsible for the compliance of Order Acceptance validation based on documentation provided by the business, challenging all aspects of information received for all Enterprise Group deals where applicable
·  Manages consistent standards to ensure accurate and complete Invoicing data is used in preparation of invoicing
·  Issue and send invoices (SAP, manual or consolidated) for the HPE’s customer
·  Maintain and analyze project documentation in accordance to HPE policies
·  Monitor progress towards budget; communicate material changes as a trusted business advisor
·  Monthly reporting (projects status, Pre-Sales budgets, MEC reports, etc.)
·  Project checks and closure
·  Coordinate monthly forecasting exercise with Project Managers at individual project level
·  Provide guidance and leadership to Delivery Team on FAM (Financial Account Mgmt) areas of expertise
·  Participate in improvement projects to streamline finance and business processes within the account and other parts of EG Finance
·  Implements specified changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction
·  Develops understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs

Education and Experience Required:

·  First-level university degree with a focus in Business Management, Finance or Economics or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
·  Typically 2-3 years of related work experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement, billing, order process or financial management.  Preferably 1+ years previous work experience in financial area.
·  Potentially 0-2 years of experience supporting large accounts.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Basic understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems and practices
·  Strong Policy and Procedure compliancy attitude
·  Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
·  Good knowledge in business administration and comprehension
·  Good written and verbal communication skills, especially English and local language.  Spanish linguistic skills are desirable
·  Fast learner, very well organized person, with tenacity for attention to detail, and is able to meet strict deadlines
·  Always be willing to learn
