In this role, you will be the subject matter expert responsible for developing leads, promoting sales, increasing customer knowledge while managing HPE engagements with sales for DXC. You'll develop and maintain relationships with the DXC Sales Organization, the DXC Marketing teams and partner with the HPE hardware and Pointnext sales teams.  As a DXC Alliance Manager, you’ll need excellent interpersonal communication skills, technology solutions knowledge and a strategic mind-set.  Training will be provided on DXC service offerings, solutions, and how to engage customers on a strategic discussions.  Success will be measured in converted sales accepted leads and revenue generation.

Your market will be on across segments, and you will be responsible for cultivating and navigating complex organizations and fostering strategic enterprise relationships.

Responsibilities

·  Engage with customers via phone or web on their cloud journey.  Discuss their environment, their cloud strategy and educate
·  Leverage existing tools and HPE technology to drive additional market insights and target accounts
·  Document engagements within the HPE toolsets. 
·  Meet assigned sales goals by developing a plan within your org and across the various ISR teams
·  Accelerate the qualification of leads through data driven assessment
·  Meet Quarterly Revenue goals based on  YoY growth targets 
·  Participate in DXC sales calls and DXC marketing calls (as needed) in order to understand DXC selling motion and marketing campaigns.
·  Engage with Customers, HPE sales teams and ISRs to maintain and grow existing accounts, hunt new opportunities and cultivate lost accounts.
·  Provide Technical Support and Sales with the resources they need to close.
·  Maintain long-term relationships with Inside Sales to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure after-market revenue

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 15+ months of sales experience as an Inside Sales Representative/Specialist or equivalent
·  Demonstrated record of success and High technical expertise/acumen
·  Needs to become Alliance Specific Sales Certified within 30 days of hire (Technical Capability)
·  Demonstrated knowledge of technology solutions for customers.  This can include hardware plus services, applications or cloud platforms as an Inside Sales Representative and/or Specialist
