Digital Engagement Rep’s are fundamental ingrowing net new & existing customer opportunities for the company. The DER will fill the pipeline for the Internal & Channel sales reps with warm, digital leads from our digital platforms.The DER feeds opportunities to the top of the sales funnel. Once the DER has qualified the digital lead they will assign via a expedited process allowing faster turnaround time with these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Second level qualification with customer via phone & email Manage the unattended leads for SMB

PCLM direct lead routing to partners SFDC Hygiene with open digital deals Understand HPE Portfolio

Responsibilities:

·  •Accelerate pipeline and increase sales•Manage digitalmarketing leads (DigiQual,LiveChat& eCommerce) from inbound lead queue•Use analytic tools to enrich/qualify contact and prospectdata•Make ~50 direct phone calls per day to qualify & nurture prospective leads•Warm handover of qualifiedattended account leadsto Sales organization•Manage DSO unattended opportunities through to sales stage 3 then diligently hand over to agreed partner to progress and close deal•Ensuretimelysales stage updates in SFDC (lead tooppty& sales stage progression)•Closed loop tracking of all DSO opportunity activity,leads/opportunities sales stage progression analysis usingSFDCandqliksensereports•Align with specific iPBM/PBM managing specific partner or assign direct in SFDC to preferred partner•Contactchannel partneropptyowner foropptyupdate and progression issues•Provide regular feedback to Digital Program owners on lead quality,closure reasonsand improvement areas identified  •Understand tracking of deals, particularly partner owned when we lose visibility of deal ( Top value promotions, not able to see end user nameetc) Teach sales how to group duplicate OPE’s together instead of closing and using partner OPE independently

Education and Experience Required:

·  BA or BS in Marketing or related field.
·  3+ years marketing and/or operational experience.
·  Experience in MRM or CRM applications a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
·  High-level knowledge of marketing activities and processes.
·  Familiarity with offering category and company offerings/ strategy.
·  Strong written/oral and communications and analytical skills.
·  Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
·  Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
