Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated Data Quality Analyst Intern to work in the Houston, TX office.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Total Customer Experience and Quality Organization is responsible for measuring, improving and developing processes to improve Product Quality, Processes and Customer Satisfaction. As a HPE Data Quality Analyst Intern, you will be assisting Quality Engineers, Product R&D and Supply Chain personnel in the development of processes, tools, reports and analysis of data. This Intern position will work with data from a variety of HP Quality systems and numerous analysis tools to quickly identify product quality performance issues based on various process and product attributes. The primary objective is to identify product quality trends and identify the top improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Collect data from various quality sources, analyze the data and develop reports for consumption by Engineers and Managers.

•Review field failure cases and identify improvements in how we document cases so that we can utilize the case information more effectively.

• Review and identify improvements to existing quality reports and processes.

•Identify new methodologies and processes to reduce the time it takes to identify new defect trends.

Education and Experience:

•Pursuing a BS or MS degree with 3 years of courses completed towards a technical degree.

•Preferred fields of study are Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math and Statistics degree candidates.
