Critical Event Manager with German

On this role you would be responsible for coordination, direction of resolution efforts and managing customer satisfaction for the life of an agreed critical incident. You would aim to engage, monitor and facilitate timely and efficient resolution process for the critical cases logged by Solution Domain customers.
How you'll make your mark:
Ensuring the any/all Service Level Agreements are respected
Providing updates to the customer and HPE management and Account team on the progress/status of the case
Complete documentation of the interaction with the customers and internal HPE teams
If applicable, provide ‘Post Incident Review’
Facilitate expedited elevation/escalation, if required
Bachelor degree preferable in Technical studies
3+ years of customer facing experience
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English
