In this role you will ensure that the requirements of EG EMEA SC OM are considered in the worldwide CLIC/WATSON team. This includes the identification of weak points regarding existing processes, and insuring that process changes and new processes fulfill our business requirements.

On the basis of existing process-,  product- and configuration knowledge responsible to change existing processes according to new business requirements; to implement new processes; to consult with worldwide interfaces i.e. KES, Product Engineering, Configcenters, Keyusers; and to minimize the risk of errors in production. You will also consult Sales Operations regarding configuration errors in the factory environment and provide solutions for technical problems and configuration support.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Testing - NPI and ongoing (Part of the NPI Process to ensure new products can be configured and ordered correctly, member of transfer team. Monitor existing processes and drive corrective actions on a regular basis.)
·  Ordering Guidelines
·  Process Documentation
·  Drive training activities within EG EMEA SCOM and support new or changed processes and/or system revisions within implementation phase. Support the development of specific training programs to explain EG product portfolio.
·  Act as an interface between EG EMEA SCOM and Manufacturing, New Product Introduction, Marketing, Support and Demo.
·  Contact for Sales Ops, IT, Engineering, SCOM, Keyuser, Q&C, CSEP for Watson/Clic and XML file issues and provide consulting on configuration topics in this regard.
·  Watson Key User and Watson/CLIC "Support" (factory testing and user acceptance testing)
·  Identify process changes within interfacing departments which impact EG EMEA SCOM and take appropriate action. Provide active cooperation regarding development and improvement of processes in cross-functional and worldwide teams.
·  Be a representative of EG EMEA SC OM in the world wide CLIC/WATSON team, especially in terms of rule set up and rule maintenance, and workout ordering guidelines for new server generations.

How you’ll make your mark:

·  Define & control Key performance indicators
·  Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement
·  Identifies opportunities for process improvement and develops recommendations.
·  Contributes to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.
·  Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business teams.
·  Mentors and trains team colleagues, GSC and cross-functional teams
·  Ensure the goals set in the Business Fundamentals are met.
·  Produces reports using IT systems (SAP, CLIC, etc.) and manually collected data and analyzes data to develop trends on cycle time and root causes; articulates findings to management; drives corrective actions
·  Drive general process improvements
·  Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the job content, act as Business consultant
·  Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members
·  Collaborate with PDM, NPI Engineering, Product Engineering, and other different stakeholders
·  Supporting cross functional teams with bizz guidance, mainly Engineering, Sales Ops, SCOM
·  Collaborates across countries within a region and also cross-regional
·  Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations.

Your skills:

·  SAP, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Watson, Clic
·  Bachelor degree with technical orientation and/or finished technical apprenticeship with work experience .
·  Fluency in English language, other languages appreciated.
·  Thorough understanding of HPE's organization, administration, culture and working methods.
·  Product know-how across the whole EG product portfolio and knowledge of the order guidelines that have to be adhered to for EG SC.
·  Process know-how, especially regarding CLIC/WATSON.
·  Ability to explain configuration issues to technical and non-technical persons.
·  Advanced knowledge of SAP
·  Understand complex process- and system environments.
·  Diplomacy and good communication skills: able to build trust and credibility towards middle and senior management across all EMEA businesses.
·  Manage complex projects independently.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·  advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation
·  Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
·  Proficient understanding of HPE’s overall supply chain strategy.
·  In-depth knowledge of order management related systems (especially Fusion SAP) and processes is required.
·  Developed leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management
