Job Description:

Business Planning:

·  Supports data and business analyses to develop business plans.
·  Supports the development of statistical and financial models for forecasting and reporting.
·  Measures business performance and compares actual data to forecasted values.
·  Executes market research projects and gathers intelligence on current industry, technology, and consumer trends.
·  Works with cross-functional teams to support the data collection process.
·  Supports the execution of priority projects with direction.

Business Finance:

·  Provides financial analysis for a function or business.
·  Performs data extraction and analyzes data to make recommendations.
·  Handles financial business issues.
·  Provides analytics to business initiatives
·  Develops an understanding of HPE's financial processes and a working knowledge of the business.
·  Forecasts financial results within the broadest scope.
·  Drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.

Education and Experience Required:

·  Being enrolled in Bachelor/Master  program in FINANCE in 2nd/3rd/4th year
·  Any practical experience gained from part-time job, or research projects, will be considered favorable for the applicant

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Basic understanding of business and Finance.
·  Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
·  Basic understanding of business and sales processes and practices
·  Good written and verbal communication skills
·  mastery in English and local language.
